Shipping Policy

We usually process and ship your order within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. We will share tracking details of the courier soon as we have them. The carrier takes 4-5 business days to deliver the domestic items at your doorstep for most Indian PIN Codes. Some locations may take 7-10 business days to deliver.

For an International Order we usually process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment. The carrier takes 7-15 business days to deliver the international items to your doorstep depending upon where you are located. We will share courier tracking details of the courier soon as we have them.

International shipments may occasionally face delays due to customs clearance or other unforeseen issues.

FAQ

  • We do our best to package and ship orders as soon as possible! Most orders process and ship within 48-72 business hours of the order being placed. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Most tracking updates start within 24 business hours from the time your order ships.

We work to include the cost of duties and taxes at checkout to avoid additional fees being required upon delivery. However, we are not in control of the duties and taxes imposed on your order by your respective government, especially with regard to international orders. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials in your jurisdiction, the fees will be your responsibility.

There are no additional shipping charges for items that ship separately within the same order. You will be charged a flat rate for shipping and handling for each order placed.

  • You are able to cancel your order while it’s still pending in our system.
  • You can find out if your order is eligible for cancellation by entering your information here. From there, select the order you would like to cancel and choose “cancel order” in the top right hand side of your order details. If you need your order number, this can be found in your confirmation email.
  • Once your order begins processing, it is not eligible to be canceled or adjusted. See here for our return policy.
  • If you need to make any changes to your order such as a sizing adjustment or shipping address change, we recommend writing to us via email or WhatsApp Chat before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes to it.
  • June 9 Clothing is not liable for lost or stolen package.
  • We recommend contacting the shipping carrier as soon as your package states delivered and you’re not able to locate it to file a missing package claim.We would also request you to write to us about it – we will do everything we can to coordinate with the shipper to help you track down your package. However, it may be worth noting that we do not have any control over the courier company’s operations.
  • We are unable to re-ship international orders that have been returned to the sender. A refund will be issued once the package arrives back to our warehouse for returned to sender packages and goods are found to be in unused and unworn condition.
  • If your package is unclaimed or is refused, you are responsible for any fees imposed on the shipment to be returned. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. For packages that are abandoned, no refund will be issued.
